“ I've always been to Will-Ts, but never had time to sit and write a review because it's always done before I realized I even ate it! That's how good it is!! This little hole in the wall can come off very intimidating sometimes!! Very sketch, but the food is worth it. I got the salt & pepper WHOLE wings w/ shrimp fried rice! The wings were good, slightly salty. And the shrimp fried rice was the regular fried rice with 10 so pieces of shrimp. Overall the food was always very good, no doubt!! ”
“ I was in the area for work and decided to look up something "different" for lunch. I relied heavily on other reviews and they did NOT let me down. It is truly what I would call a "hole in the wall" but the food was outstanding. Very small place and not too "appealing" from the outside but I was impressed with the place by the time I left. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind should I return to the area..... and I may have to be intentional about returning. ”

The sweet and spicy wings are ridiculously good and I don't eat wings anywhere, for anybody......but then I had these. Can we say I licked my fingers and the box?! It's that serious!!! On top of that, people were buying gumbo...gumbo y'all!!!! When I see older people in Beaumont buying gumbo I know I'm in the right place!!! Can't wait to go back....I need it now, right now!!! ”

“ On the corner of Florida St. and Highland Ave. near Lamar University sits a very small eatery with a lot of business named Will-T's Seafood. There is nothing fancy abut this place and it may have been where the term "hole in the wall" originated. The tables (maybe 5) and chairs are plain. The decor term is yet to be created, but on the wall sits two Beaumont Health Inspection grades of Superior. I have gone their several times and have seen men in well pressed suits and ties, the neighbor folks and college kids flood the place to buy food. Wings, fish, shrimp, oysters, chicken, gumbo and more. I have heard before from a Best Bites member that the gumbo was good. Well recently I tried it and it was surprisingly very good. Not amazing or fantastic but it was good gumbo. I went their last week and bought supper to go (I always get it to go). I bought two regular fried wing meals. Four wings to each meal. One meal with fries the other meal with fried rice. My last order was for (6) chicken strips and FF, two boudain balls and one 16 oz gumbo. Three meals, gumbo and boudain balls for $27. Every thing was hot, well seasoned and tasted great. The batter has that "crunch" that is so so satisfying to the palates. I wouldn't plan a special trip or even take a date, but if you're in the Lamar area or you're a Lamar student, I highly recommend Will-T's for the non-health conscience adult. “ This place is so legit. Do yourselves a favor, and have a shrimp po-boy. *faint* My family and I absolutely adore this place. It's a hole in the wall, but it tastes so good. The only thing I hate is the wait. It's definitely too long, but when you eat their food, you'll realize that the wait was worth it. ”
“ So I've heard about this spot when visiting with family in Beaumont and they told me I just had to try it. First off, this is in the hood but hey looks can be deceiving! As soon as I walked in, i smelled the the heavenly smell of fried fish. Instantly my mouth watered. So that's I exactly what I ordered, 2 fish with 6 shrimp. It comes with fries. Now the wait was a bit long, so in the future I will call it in. But the food was on POINT! The food had that little crunch to it and the batter was well seasoned. I will definitely be returning to this spot in the future. ”
“ This place is a legit hole in the wall but I love it if you ever go to Beaumont Texas do yourself a favor go to will Ts and get some boudin balls they will make your stomach turn in knots and you'll probably regret it an hour after you eat it but it is amazing and worth whatever bathroom troubles will have later on in the day not to mention the fresh seafood that they have their its fried and also very very tasty ”
